Left atrial appendage closure(LAAC)has emerged as an effective stroke prevention strategy in non-valvular atrial fibrillation(AF).[1]LAAC presents itself as a viable alternative for patients with AF who are at high risk for stroke and for whom anti-coagulation do not prevent stroke.[2,3].
