加工参数对卷烟抽吸流畅性的影响研究OA
Effects of processing parameters on cigarette smoking smoothness
[目的]研究不同加工参数(切丝宽度、叶丝干燥(HDT)参数(蒸汽温度与流量)、劈刀规格(弧长、槽深)下,卷烟孔隙率和动态吸阻对抽吸流畅性的影响.[方法]采用微焦点 X 射线 CT 扫描孔隙率并改进孔隙率表征方法,通过卷烟间动态吸阻标准差与分布一致性系数表征轴向动态吸阻稳定性及分布一致性,利用 CRITIC 与层次分析组合赋权法建立卷烟抽吸流畅性评价方法.[结果]1)CT 扫描时对卷烟纸因素的考量,使卷烟孔隙率表征方法更为精确.2)随切丝宽度增加,卷烟孔隙率先增大后减小(1.00 mm 时孔隙率最大)、分布均匀性逐渐降低,轴向动态吸阻稳定性与分布一致性均下降;随 HDT 蒸汽温度升高、蒸汽流量降低,卷烟孔隙率增大、分布均匀性降低,轴向动态吸阻稳定性下降、分布一致性升高;随劈刀弧长增加与槽深减小,卷烟孔隙率及其分布均匀性均减小,轴向动态吸阻稳定性上升、分布一致性先降低后升高,其中弧长 18 mm、槽深 2.5 mm 时一致性最好.3)卷烟抽吸流畅性随切丝宽度的增加显著变差,随HDT 蒸汽温度升高、蒸汽流量降低显著改善,劈刀规格的改变对其无显著影响.4)不同的加工参数下卷烟孔隙率分布均匀性与动态吸阻均极显著影响卷烟抽吸流畅性.[结论]在本文设置参数范围内,提高HDT 蒸汽温度、降低蒸汽流量可改善卷烟抽吸流畅性,而增加切丝宽度会对卷烟抽吸流畅性产生不利影响.
[Objective]This study aimed to investigate the effects of cigarette porosity and dynamic draw resistance on smoking smoothness under different processing parameters,including cutting width,cut tobacco drying(HDT)parameters(steam temperature and flow rate),and knife specifications(arc length and groove depth).[Methods]Cigarette porosity was measured using microfocus X-ray computed tomography(CT),and the porosity characterization method was improved.The axial stability and distribution consistency of dynamic draw resistance were evaluated by the standard deviation of dynamic draw resistance between cigarettes and the distribution consistency coefficient(η).An evaluation method for cigarette smoking smoothness was established using a combined CRITIC-analytic hierarchy process(AHP)weighting approach.[Results]Within the experimental range:1)Taking the cigarette paper into account during CT scanning improved the accuracy of porosity characterization.2)With increasing cutting width,cigarette porosity first increased and then decreased(maximum at 1.00 mm),while the uniformity of porosity distribution gradually declined;both the axial stability and distribution consistency of dynamic draw resistance decreased.As the HDT steam temperature increased and the steam flow rate decreased,cigarette porosity increased,porosity distribution uniformity decreased,axial dynamic draw resistance stability declined,and distribution consistency increased.With increasing knife arc length and decreasing groove depth,both porosity and its distribution uniformity decreased;axial dynamic draw resistance stability improved,and distribution consistency first decreased and then increased,with the best consistency observed at an arc length of 18 mm and a groove depth of 2.5 mm.3)Cigarette smoking smoothness significantly deteriorated as cutting width increased,was significantly improved by higher HDT steam temperature and lower steam flow rate,and was not significantly affected by changes in knife specifications.4)Under different processing parameters,both the uniformity of porosity distribution and the dynamic draw resistance had highly significant effects on cigarette smoking smoothness.[Conclusion]Within a certain range,increasing the HDT steam temperature and decreasing the steam flow rate improved cigarette smoking smoothness,whereas increasing the cutting width had a detrimental effect.
