通风孔数对加热卷烟气溶胶逐口粒径及化学组分释放影响OA
Effects of the number of ventilation holes on the puff-by-puff particle size and chemical component release of heated tobacco product aerosol
[目的]明确通风孔数对加热卷烟气溶胶逐口释放的物理参数及化学组分释放规律的作用.[方法]以细支周向加热卷烟为研究对象,通过设置通风孔数为30 孔、40 孔和 50 孔改变样品通风率,采用扫描电迁移率颗粒物粒径谱仪(SMPS)和气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)技术测定逐口气溶胶粒径分布、D50、数浓度及VOCs、甘油和烟碱含量.[结果]不同通风孔数条件下,逐口气溶胶粒径均呈双峰分布;随着通风孔数增加,粒径峰值、D50 和数浓度均表现为先减小后增大的趋势.通风孔数为50 孔时,气溶胶总数浓度最大,通风孔数为40 孔时,逐口释放稳定性较好.VOCs 逐口组分变化与数浓度相关性较弱,且有机组分相对含量随通风孔数增加而降低.烟碱含量与气溶胶数浓度呈一定正相关,甘油含量与数浓度相关性较小,整体呈先增大后减小趋势.[结论]通风孔数会显著影响加热卷烟气溶胶的逐口粒径分布、数浓度及化学组分释放特征,且二者之间呈非线性关联.
[Objective]To clarify the effect of the number of ventilation holes on the physical parameters and chemical component release of puff-by-puff aerosol from heated tobacco products(HTPs).[Methods]Circumferentially heated cigarettes were used as the test samples.The ventilation rate was varied by adjusting the number of ventilation holes,with three conditions of 30,40,and 50 holes.A scanning mobility particle sizer(SMPS)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)were employed to determine the puff-by-puff aerosol particle size distribution,D50,number concentration,and the contents of volatile organic compounds(VOCs),glycerol,and nicotine.[Results]Under different numbers of ventilation holes,all puff-by-puff aerosol particle size distributions exhibited a bimodal pattern.As the hole number increased,the particle size peak,D50,and aerosol number concentration all showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing.The highest total aerosol number concentration was observed at 50 holes,while the puff-by-puff release stability was better at 40 holes.The puff-by-puff variation in VOC components was weakly correlated with aerosol number concentration,and the relative content of organic components decreased as the hole number increased.The nicotine content was positively correlated with the aerosol number concentration to some extent,whereas the glycerol content showed a weaker correlation with number concentration but exhibited an overall trend of first increasing and then decreasing with increasing hole number.[Conclusion]The number of ventilation holes significantly influences the puff-by-puff particle size distribution,number concentration,and chemical component release of HTP aerosols,and a nonlinear relationship exists between hole number and these aerosol release characteristics.
