中医药治疗慢性骨髓炎的用药规律分析OA

Objective:To explore the medication patterns of TCM for chronic osteomyelitis treatment based on data mining.Methods:Prescriptions for the treatment of chronic osteomyelitis with TCM were retrieved and screened from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database from 2000 to 2024.A database was constructed by the'TCM Inheritance Support Plat-form(V2.5)'to analyze the frequency of herb usage,meridian tropism distribution,formulation patterns,and potential novel pre-scription insights.Results:A total of 83 herbal prescriptions and 126 distinct medicinal herbs were included.Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,and Astragali Radix were the top three most frequently used herbs.The herbs mainly tar-geted the liver,spleen,and heart meridians.The most frequently occurring herb pair was Astragali Radix-Angelicae Sinensis Ra-dix,while the strongest association was observed between Codonopsis Radix and Astragali Radix.A total of 31 commonly used herb combinations and 12 core herb combinations for novel prescriptions were identified,from which 6 recommended new pre-scriptions were ultimately derived.Conclusion:The commonly used herbs for treating chronic osteomyelitis primarily focus on tonifying qi and nourishing blood,clearing heat and detoxification,combined with promoting blood flow to disperse stasis,which align with the fundamental pathogenesis of the disease.The core prescription patterns and novel herb combinations identified could serve as useful references for clinical treatment strategies.
