基于"阳气升则阴火自降"理论探讨巨噬细胞极化在OLP中的免疫机制与治疗意义OA

Oral Lichen Planus(OLP)is a chronic autoimmune disease closely related to immune mechanisms.The interaction between macrophages and T cells is a key factor in the recurrent and persistent nature of OLP.Macrophages can be categorized into M1 pro-inflammatory cells and M2 anti-inflammatory cells based on their functional characteristics,and these two types can trans-form into each other under specific environmental conditions.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)regards OLP as a condition of'de-ficiency at the root and excess at the branch,with spleen qi deficiency and rampant yin fire as its key pathological mechanisms.The polarization of macrophages is a microscopic representation of the struggle between healthy qi and pathogenic factors in disease.In-sufficient M2 polarization and excessive M1 polarization align with the non-ascension of primordial qi and the upward surging of yin fire,which together promote the'inflammation-cancer'transformation in OLP.Research indicates that regulating macrophage polar-ization,inhibiting M1 polarization,and facilitating the transformation of M1 to M2 macrophages to reduce inflammatory responses may be crucial for treating OLP.Traditional Chinese medicine has a multi-target,multi-pathway,and holistic approach.Therefore,based on the theory that when yang qi rises,yin fire falls,it is of great significance to select formulas and medications that regulate macrophage polarization to inhibit the'inflammation-cancer'transformation and promote recovery in OLP.
