目的:探究《中华人民共和国药典》2025 年版规定的淫羊藿关键指标成分(朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C及淫羊藿苷),以及总黄酮醇苷与药材滋味特性之间的关系.方法:选取道地产区淫羊藿样品,采用HPLC测定朝藿定A、朝藿定B、朝藿定C、淫羊藿苷及总黄酮醇苷含量;以电子舌测定酸、苦、涩、鲜、咸五类滋味响应.采用Spearman相关性分析与偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)解析成分-滋味关系,并对野生与栽培样品的成分与滋味差异进行比较.结果:电子舌结果显示,淫羊藿样品整体以苦、涩味为主,且苦味与涩味呈正相关;苦涩味与鲜味、咸味呈负相关.成分-滋味相关性分析表明,酸味与总黄酮醇苷、朝藿定C含量呈负相关;PLSR显示前 3 个潜在因子累积解释 96.9%的成分变异,模型对味觉的整体解释率决定系数(R²)为 0.301,调整后R²为 0.263;变量重要性投影(VIP)值结果显示淫羊藿苷与朝藿定B、朝藿定C是驱动淫羊藿味觉总体差异的关键成分.野生与栽培样品的主要差异集中在滋味表征而非主要成分含量,提示呈味机制可能受多因素共同影响.结论:淫羊藿煎液呈现以苦涩为主的滋味特征,其味觉差异与黄酮苷类成分谱密切相关.研究从谱-味关联的定量证据出发,为淫羊藿质量快速评价及中药性状标准化提供了参考.

Objective:To explore the relationship between the key marker components of Epimedium specified in the 2025 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C,and icariin),along with total flavonol glycosides,and the taste characteristics of the medicinal material.Methods:Epimedium samples from genuine producing areas were selected.The contents of epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C,icariin,and total flavonol glycosides were determined using high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Taste responses,including sourness,bitterness,astringency,umami,and saltiness,were measured using an electronic tongue.Spearman correlation analysis and partial least squares regression(PLSR)were employed to analyze the constituent-taste relationships.Furthermore,differences in chemical constituents and taste profiles between wild and cultivated samples were compared.Results:Electronic tongue results indicate that the overall taste profile of Epimedium samples is dominated by bitterness and astringency,with a positive correlation between the two.Both bitterness and astringency are negatively correlated with umami and saltiness.Constituent and taste correlation analysis shows that sourness is negatively correlated with the contents of total flavonol glycosides and epimedin C.PLSR analysis reveals that the first three latent factors cumulatively explain 96.9%of the constituent variance,with an overall explained variance for taste(coefficient of determination,R2)of 0.301 and an adjusted R2 of 0.263.Variable importance in projection(VIP)results identify icariin,epimedin B,and epimedin C as the key components driving the overall taste variations of Epimedium.The main differences between wild and cultivated samples are concentrated in taste profiles rather than major component contents,suggesting that the taste mechanism may be jointly influenced by multiple factors.Conclusion:Epimedium decoctions exhibit a taste profile dominated by bitterness and astringency,and their taste variations are closely related to the flavonoid glycoside spectrum.Based on quantitative evidence of spectrum and taste correlations,this study provides a reference for the rapid quality evaluation and sensory trait standardization of Epimedium.
