总结刘寨东教授基于固元和胃理论治疗化学治疗后恢复期癌毒积聚的经验.化学药物治疗恶性肿瘤易损伤脾胃、耗伤气血,导致正气亏虚、癌毒伏留.化学治疗后恢复期癌毒伏藏,其核心病机是肝肾亏虚,癌毒伏而复聚;脾胃失调,导致毒瘀生而化痰.刘寨东教授提出固元和胃理论,强调以顾护脾胃、培补元气为核心,通过益气健脾、补益肝肾、化痰解毒等法恢复脏腑功能和气血运行,清解癌毒,预防肿瘤复发.附验案 1 则.

To summarize Professor Liu Zhaidong's clinical experience of treating cancer toxin accumulation during the post-chemotherapy recovery stage,based on the therory of strengthening Yuan Qi and harmonizing the stomach.Chemotherapy for malignant tumors often impairs the spleen and stomach,consumes Qi and blood,resulting in deficiency of healthy Qi and the persistence of cancer toxin.In the post-chemotherapy recovery stage,cancer toxin may remain latent and reaccumulable.The core pathogenesis is deficiency of the liver and kidney,which lead to the concealment and reaggregation of cancer toxin,as well as dysfunction of the spleen and stomach,which promotes the generation of toxic,stasis and phlegm.Professor Liu Zhaidong proposed the theory of strengthening Yuan Qi and harmonizing the stomach,emphasizing the protection of spleen-stomach function and the replenishment of Yuan Qi.The methods of supplementing Qi and strengthening the spleen,nourishing the liver and kidney,resolving phlegm and eliminating toxins were applied,to restore the function of Zang-fu organ and the circulation of Qi and blood,remove cancer toxin,and prevent tumor recurrence.A representative clinical case is attached.
