皮肤眼轮匝肌切除联合睫毛外翻褥式缝合矫正老年性下睑内翻倒睫的疗效观察OA
Observation of the therapeutic effect of skin orbicularis oculi muscle resection combined with eyelash eversion mattress suture for correcting senile lower eyelid entropion and inverted eyelashes
目的 观察皮肤眼轮匝肌切除联合睫毛外翻褥式缝合矫正老年性下睑内翻倒睫的疗效.方法 分析本院2024年4月至2025年2月期间诊断为老年性下睑内翻倒睫患者73例(94只眼)的临床资料及治疗后随访情况.结果 73例(94只眼)患者,随访观察12个月,仅1例发生倒睫复发.其余患者均未见复发.所有患者下睑无睑球分离,无下睑外翻,无切口处凹陷性瘢痕,外观良好.结论 皮肤眼轮匝肌部分切除联合睫毛外翻褥式缝合矫正老年性下睑内翻倒睫安全有效.
Objective Observation of the therapeutic effect of orbicularis oculi muscle resection combined with eye-lash eversion mattress suture for correcting senile lower eyelid entropion and inverted eyelashes.Methods Analysis of clinical data and post-treatment follow-up of 73 patients(94 eyes)diagnosed with senile lower eyelid entropion from April 2024 to February 2025 in our hospital.Results All 73 patients(94 eyes)were followed up for 12 months,and only 1 case experienced recurrence of inverted eyelashes.No recurrence was observed in the remaining patients.All patients had no eyelid-globe separation,no lower eyelid eversion,no obvious depressed scars at the incision site,and achieved a good ap-pearance.Conclusion Partial excision of the orbicularis oculi muscle combined with mattress suture of eyelash eversion is safe and effective for correcting senile lower eyelid entropion.
