Lessac-Madsen共鸣嗓音疗法对甲状腺术后单侧声带麻痹嗓音功能康复的影响OA

Objective To evaluate the effect of Lessac-Madsen Resonant Voice Therapy(LMRVT)on voice func-tion rehabilitation in patients with unilateral vocal fold paralysis after thyroidectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients with unilateral vocal fold paralysis after thyroidectomy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received 8-week LMRVT training,while the control group received waiting treat-ment.Voice outcomes were assessed before and after treatment using GRBAS scale,Voice Handicap Index-10(VHI-10),and acoustic analysis including maximum phonation time(MPT),jitter and shimmer.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,all voice parameters in both groups improved significantly compared with baseline(P＜0.05),and the improvements in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The treatment group showed superior improvements in VHI-10 scores,GRBAS-G scores,and acoustic parameters including MPT,jitter and shimmer.Conclusion LMRVT can effectively improve voice quality,prolong maximum phonation time,and reduce voice perturbation in pa-tients with unilateral vocal fold paralysis after thyroidectomy.It may serve as an alternative option for early non-surgical rehabilitation in this population.
