妊娠期高血压视网膜血管比与临床指标的相关性研究OA

Objective To investigate the changes in retinal arteriovenous ratio(AVR)in patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy(HDP)of varying severity and their correlation with liver function and coagulation parameters.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted,and participants were divided into three groups:normal pregnancy con-trol group,gestational hypertension group,and preeclampsia group.AVR and retinal thickness were measured,and alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and platelet count(PLT)were assessed.Results Significant differences in AVR were observed across the three groups in all four quadrants,showing a linear decreasing trend(all P＜0.001).In the overall population,AVR in the superotemporal quadrant showed a significant negative correlation with ALT(P＜0.05),but this correlation was not significant in the subgroup analysis restricted to HDP patients(P=0.223).No significant differences in retinal thickness were found among the three groups in any quadrant(all P＞0.05),and there were no significant correlations be-tween retinal thickness and ALT or PLT(all P＞0.05).Conclusion AVR decreases with increasing severity of HDP and may serve as a non-invasive indicator for disease assessment,but shows no independent correlation with liver function or coagulation parameters within the HDP patient population.
