关于靶向光生物调节仪联合应用的回顾性自身对照研究OA
A retrospective self-controlled study on the combined application of targeted photobiomodulator
目的 通过回顾性自身对照研究,评估靶向光生物调节仪的联合应用对近视患者的控制效果,为其临床应用提供参考依据.方法 收集使用靶向光生物调节仪的近视患者相关临床资料,包括眼轴长度、等效球镜度和脉络膜厚度,比较其在干预前后的变化幅度.结果 共纳入79例患者,TPBM+离焦框架镜组53例(106只眼),TPBM+OK镜组26例(52只眼).OK镜联合靶向光生物调节仪组患者眼轴年增长幅度减缓约35.6%,脉络膜厚度月均增长幅度约70.8%,离焦框架镜联合靶向光生物调节仪组患者眼轴年增长幅度减缓约67.6%,等效球镜年增长幅度减缓约41.9%,脉络膜厚度月均增长幅度约54.7%.结论 靶向光生物调节仪的联合应用对延缓近视患者眼轴增长、屈光度进展及脉络膜变薄具有一定效果.
Objective To observe the control effect of targeted photobiomodulator(TPBM)on myopia patients through a clinical retrospective self-comparison.Methods Clinical data of myopic patients treated with TPBM were col-lected,including axial length(AL),spherical equivalent refraction(SE),and choroidal thickness(ChT).Changes in these parameters before and after intervention were compared.Results A total of 79 patients were enrolled,comprising 53 pa-tients(106 eyes)in the TPBM+peripheral myopia defocus design spectacle lenses(PMDSL)group and 26 patients(52 eyes)TPBM+orthokeratology(OK)lens group.In the OK lens combined with TPBM group,the annual AL growth rate decreased by approximately 35.6%,and the mean monthly increase in ChT was approximately 70.8%.In the PMDSL combined with TPBM group,the annual AL rate decreased by approximately 67.6%,the annual progression of SE refrac-tion decreased by approximately 41.9%,and the mean monthly increase in ChT was approximately 54.7%.Conclusion The combined application of TPBM demonstrates a certain efficacy in delaying AL,refractive progression,and choroidal thinning in myopic patients.
