基于"清阳出上窍"论治耳鸣耳聋OA

Tinnitus and deafness are common refractory diseases in otorhinolaryngology.Traditional Chinese Medi-cine in China has profound theoretical foundations and rich clinical experience in their diagnosis and treatment.Based on the connotation of the theory of"Clear Yang Ascending to the Upper Orifices",this paper clarifies the core pathogenesis of the disease as"failure of clear yang to ascend and turbid yin to descend",establishes the core therapeutic principle of"as-cending clear yang and descending turbid yin",and systematically constructs a three-dimensional diagnostic and therapeutic approach of"zang-fu organs-qi,blood and body fluids-six meridians and collaterals":taking zang-fu organ regulation as the root,replenishment of qi,blood and body fluids as the foundation,and smoothness of the six meridians and collaterals as the pathway.By in-depth analysis of the pathogenic characteristics and key diagnostic and therapeutic points of each dimen-sion,this paper provides a theoretical basis and reference for the precise diagnosis and treatment of the disease using TCM thinking in clinical practice.
