基于知识图谱的推拿学教学研究演进脉络与前沿探析(2006-2025年)OA

Objective This study employs bibliometric methods to systematically review the research trajectory in the field of Tuina education over the past two decades,aiming to explore its current status,research hotspots,and emerging trends.Methods A comprehensive search was conducted for literature related to Tuina pedagogy published between 2006 and 2025 in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database.CiteSpace software was utilized to perform visual analyses of publication volume,institutions,authors,and keywords.Results A total of 269 publications were included in this study.The annual publication output exhibited a fluctuating upward trend,with Beijing ranking first in publication volume.The research teams demonstrated dynamic evolution,with PENG Liang from Hunan University of Chinese Medicine being the most prominent representative.Based on the burst term intensity analysis and keyword time-zone mapping,"curriculum-based ideological and political education","teaching reform"and"training model"were identified as the current research hotspots.Further analysis revealed three main developmental trends in this field:the continuous deepening of practical training reform,the shift toward student-centered classroom teaching,and the in-depth integration of modern technology with online teaching.Conclusion Current research in Tuina pedagogy is increasingly focusing on enhancing practical teaching,integrating modern technology,adopting diverse pedagogical approaches,and implementing curriculum-based ideological and political education.These reform measures contribute to improved teaching effectiveness and students'self-directed learning capabilities,thereby informing and supporting the high-quality development of Tuina education.
