医学院校大数据管理与应用专业建设情况研究与实践OA
Research and practice on Big Data Management and Application specialty construction in medical universities:a case study of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine
目的 在健康中国战略与"四新"建设背景下,探索医学类院校大数据管理与应用专业建设路径.方法 采用多维度对比分析法,研究5类院校专业评级、课程设置与毕业生去向;通过问卷调查6所医学类院校的师资结构、教学资源及实践机制;结合北京中医药大学典型案例总结专业建设经验.结果 医学类院校专业评级普遍偏低(B+/B),课程结构呈信息技术类(37.2%)与医学特色类(22.5%)双主导模式,计算机背景师资占比超60%,实践教学呈现传统医疗领域强、跨领域创新弱的特征.北京中医药大学创新构建"中医药知识-数据技术-管理决策"融合型课程体系,搭建"实验室-企业-医院"协同平台,实施特色跟师培养机制,形成学科深度交叉的示范路径.结论 医学类院校需强化课程整合机制,优化"医学-技术"复合型师资结构,深化产教协同,以培养兼具医学素养与数据思维的复合型人才.
Objective The study aims to explore the development path of the Big Data Management and Application(BDMA)program in medical universities under the Healthy China Initiative and the"Four New Disciplines"construction framework.Methods A multi-dimensional comparative analysis was conducted across five categories of universities regarding program rankings,curriculum design,and graduate destinations.Questionnaire surveys were constructed in six medical universities focusing on faculty structure,teaching resources,and practical teaching mechanisms.The practical experience of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine(BUCM)was analyzed as a representative case to summarize specialty construction experience.Results Medical universities generally achieved B+or B program rankings.Curriculum structures demonstrated a dual dominance of information technology courses(37.2%)and medical distinctive courses(22.5%).Over 60%of faculty members had computer science backgrounds.Practical training showed strength in traditional medical fields but weakness in cross-disciplinary innovation.BUCM established an innovative model that includes:an integrated"TCM knowledge-data technology-management decision-making"curriculum system;a"laboratory-enterprise-hospital"collaborative platform;a distinctive mentorship cultivation mechanism,forming a demonstration path of deep disciplinary integration.Conclusion Medical universities should enhance curriculum integration mechanisms,optimize the interdisciplinary faculty structures integrating medicine and technology,and deepen industry-academia collaboration to cultivate interdisciplinary talents who integrates medical literacy with data thinking.
