朱珊教授认为风邪是儿童抽动障碍发病的主要病理因素,倡导从息风的角度进行辨治.朱教授基于六经辨证,采用六经息风论治,其中太阳息风——调营卫、祛外风,方予荆防桂枝汤加减;少阳息风——消痰火、解郁风,方予柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤合温胆汤加减;阳明息风——推宿积、消亢风,方予大柴胡汤合升降散加减;少阴息风——调乙癸、化虚风,方予滋水涵木饮加减;厥阴息风——燮阴阳、和杂风,方予乌梅丸加减;太阴息风——缓肝脾、涤痰风,方予菖麻涤痰息风饮加减.附案例1则,以资验证.

Professor ZHU Shan believes that wind pathogen is the primary pathological factor in the patho-genesis of tic disorders in children and advocates for syndrome differentiation and treatment from the perspec-tive of calming wind.Based on the Six Meridian Syndrome Differentiation,Professor ZHU applies the approach of calming wind through the six meridians.Specifically,Taiyang meridian wind calming——regulating nutrient and defensive qi and dispelling exogenous wind,using modified Jingfang Guizhi Tang(荆防桂枝汤);Shaoyang meridian wind calming——eliminating phlegm-fire and relieving stagnant wind,using modified Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Tang(柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤)combined with Wendan Tang(温胆汤);Yangming meridian wind calm-ing——purging accumulated food and suppressing hyperactive wind,using modified Dachaihu Tang(大柴胡汤)combined with Shengjiang San(升降散);Shaoyin meridian wind calming——regulating liver and kidney and transforming deficient wind,using modified Zishui Hanmu Yin(滋水涵木饮);Jueyin meridian wind calm-ing——balancing yin and yang and harmonizing miscellaneous wind,using modified Wumei Wan(乌梅丸);Taiyin meridian wind calming——soothing the liver and spleen and clearing phlegm wind,using modified Changma Ditan XifengYin(菖麻涤痰息风饮).One case study is attached for validation.
