基于"清阳出上窍"探讨提升法治疗小儿腺样体肥大OA

Based on the theory of"clear yang emerges from the upper orifices",this paper elucidates its relationship with pediatric adenoid hypertrophy.It is proposed that the ascending of clear yang enhances the qi transformation function of the upper orifices,reduces fluid retention and phlegm-dampness accumulation,and alleviates non-pathological adenoid hypertrophy,thereby exerting a therapeutic effect and creating favorable conditions for the natural regression of the adenoids.The ascending method is employed throughout the treat-ment process:during the acute exacerbation stage,the focus is on dispelling pathogenic factors,supplemented by ascending clear yang;during the subacute stage,the emphasis is on strengthening the spleen and ascending clear yang.This approach truly achieves the effect of allowing clear yang to reach the orifices,nourishing the adenoid tissue,and facilitating spontaneous recovery.
