揿针治疗混合痔术后并发症的机制分析及临床应用探讨OA

Complications such as pain,urinary retention,anal edema and so on are easy to occur after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids,which affect the wound recovery and the quality of life of patients.As a type of acupuncture therapy,press-needle can continuously stimulate and regulate qi and blood,promote qi circulation,and unblock collaterals by fixing it subcutaneously at acupoints.In recent years,it has shown significant advantages in preventing and treating complications after anal and rectal surgery.This article summarizes the medical literature on the application of press-needle in medical practice,summarizes and analyzes the research progress of press-needle in the treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids,systematically explains its mechanism of action and clinical application,and proposes future research directions.Its main mechanism of action includes:①Analgesic effect:regulating endocrine function and the release of endogenous analgesic substances,inhibiting microglial cell activation and pro-inflammatory cytokine production;②Improve urinary retention:excite the micturition center,enhance the contractility of detrusor,and reduce the apoptosis of bladder smooth muscle;③Reduce edema:improve microcirculation and lymphatic reflux,downregulate the expression of inflammatory factors such as tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-1β,and block the vicious cycle of"circulatory disorders inflammation cascade".Clinical application shows that press-needle can effectively relieve postoperative pain,urinary retention and anal edema,and has a synergistic effect on constipation,anxiety and other complications.In the future,it is necessary to further expand the depth and breadth of research on press-needle,providing new ideas for the prevention and treatment of postoperative complications in colorectal surgery.
