为研究青藏高原青稞种质资源关键农艺性状的遗传多样性,基于来自中国青海、西藏、四川、甘肃、云南和国外的 442份青稞种质资源,分析 8个籽粒性状(籽粒面积、粒长、粒宽、粒厚、籽粒直径、籽粒圆度、千粒重、籽粒硬度)和4 个株型性状(株高、穗下节间长、穗长、芒长)的表型遗传多样性,并筛选优异种质.结果表明,各性状均符合正态分布,变异系数在 4.31%~32.70%,其中,芒长的变异最为显著,籽粒直径的变异程度最小.遗传多样性指数在 1.84~2.10,粒宽和籽粒直径的最大,芒长的最小.相关性分析表明,各农艺性状间普遍存在相关性,与千粒重显著相关的性状最多(9个),与株高显著相关的性状最少(3个).主成分分析显示,PC1的贡献率为37.621%,籽粒直径、籽粒面积、粒宽、粒厚和千粒重为主要性状.性状综合分析得分最高的种质为虎达紫、嘎不和胜利白.聚类分析将供试种质资源划分为 5个类群,类群 1种质数量最多(415份)、千粒重较大(43.72 g)且株高最低(102.36 cm),表现出高产和抗倒伏的优异特征.

To investigate the genetic diversity of key agronomic traits of highland barley germplasm resources on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,the phenotypic genetic diversity of eight grain traits(grain area,grain length,grain width,grain thickness,grain diameter,grain roundness,1000-grain weight,and grain hardness)and four plant-architecture traits(plant height,internode length below the spike,spike length,and awn length)was analyzed based on 442 highland barley germplasm resources from Qinghai,Tibet,Sichuan,Gansu,Yunnan,and abroad,and elite germplasm were screened.The results showed that all traits followed a normal distribution,with coefficients of variation ranging from 4.31%to 32.70%;among them,the variation of awn length was the most significant,and the degree of variation in grain diameter was the smallest.The genetic diversity indices ranged from 1.84 to 2.10,with grain width and grain diameter being the largest and awn length being the smallest.Correlation analysis indicated that correlations were prevalent among various agronomic traits,with 1000-grain weight significantly correlated with the most traits(9)and plant height significantly correlated with the fewest traits(3).Principal component analysis showed that the contribution rate of PC1 was 37.621%,with grain diameter,grain area,grain width,grain thickness,and 1000-grain weight as the primary traits.The germplasms with the highest scores in the comprehensive trait analysis were Hudazi,Gabu,and Shenglibai.Cluster analysis divided the tested germplasm resources into five groups,with Group 1 having the largest number(415),high 1000-grain weight(43.72 g)and the lowest plant height(102.36 cm),exhibiting elite characteristics of high yield and lodging resistance.
