158份裸大麦种质资源主要性状的多样性分析与综合评价OA
Diversity Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of Main Traits in 158 Naked Barley Germplasm Resources
为高效利用裸大麦种质资源,对 158 份不同来源裸大麦种质的 15个性状进行变异系数分析、Shannon-Wiener 遗传多样性指数分析、相关性分析、主成分分析及聚类分析,通过综合评价筛选优异种质.结果表明,15个性状在不同裸大麦资源间存在丰富的变异,变异系数在 7.84%~69.65%,平均为 26.69%,其中,穗色的离散程度最高,籽粒周长的变异系数最低;多样性指数在 0.51~2.09,平均值为 1.62,其中,籽粒宽度的多样性指数最高,芒型的多样性指数最低.通过逐步回归建立回归方程,千粒重、穗色、籽粒周长、β-葡聚糖含量、棱型、籽粒面积和籽粒宽度可以作为筛选优异裸大麦种质的综合评价指标.主成分分析将 15个单项指标转换为 6个独立的综合指标,累计贡献率达 82.111%.聚类分析将参试材料分为 5类,其中类群Ⅳ的21份材料平均 D 值最高,D 值前5 位的品种依次为Jet、Tet、22DJ2、藏青3000和 12-10-556,可作为裸大麦育种的优良亲本.
To efficiently utilize naked barley germplasm resources,15 traits of 158 naked barley germplasm resources from different sources were analyzed using coefficients of variation,Shannon-Wiener genetic diversity indexes,correlation analysis,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis,and comprehensive evaluation was conducted to screen for excellent germplasm.The results showed that there was abundant variation in the 15 traits among different naked barley resources,with the coefficient of variation ranging from 7.84%to 69.65%and an average of 26.69%.Among them,the degree of dispersion of spike color was the highest,and the coefficient of variation of grain perimeter was the lowest.The diversity index ranged from 0.51 to 2.09,with an average of 1.62,among which grain width had the highest diversity index and awn type had the lowest.A regression equation was established through stepwise regression,indicating that 1000-grain weight,spike color,grain perimeter,β-glucan content,row type,grain area,and grain width can be used as comprehensive evaluation indicators for screening excellent naked barley germplasm.Principal component analysis transformed the 15 individual indicators into six independent comprehensive indicators with a cumulative contribution rate of 82.111%.Cluster analysis classified the tested materials into five groups,among which Group Ⅳ(21 materials)had the highest average D-value.The top five varieties based on D-value were Jet,Tet,22DJ2,Zangqing 3000,and 12-10-556,which can serve as excellent parents for naked barley breeding.
