Nandan County boasts abundant intangible cultural heritage resources,with elements such as clothing paste paintings and fine ballads effectively showcasing the vibrancy of Chinese civilization.However,due to factors like a singular transmission model and regional limitations,the Baiku Yao ethnic group's intangible cultural heritage struggles to gain widespread recognition in modern society,gradually facing challenges in preservation.Digital illustration,with its advantages of extensive reach and visual intuitiveness,offers effective solutions to this dilemma.Incorporating the intangible cultural heritage elements of the Baiku Yao ethnic group into digital illustration design not only promotes the dynamic transmission of these heritage resources but also fosters the close integration of tradition and modernity.Yet,there remain numerous issues in the application of Baiku Yao elements within digital illustration design,resulting in less-than-desirable outcomes and hindering effective heritage transmission.This paper explores the significance of applying Baiku Yao intangible cultural heritage elements in digital illustration design and proposes corresponding strategies,serving as a reference for further research.
