基于文献计量学和知识图谱的中医药治疗骨结核可视化分析OA

Objective Based on software such as VOSviewer and CiteSpace,the current research status of traditional Chinese medicine in the field of treating bone tuberculosis was analyzed,and the future research trends in this field were predicted.Methods Search for literature published in CNKI,VIP,and Wanfang Medical Network from January 1,1956 to December 31,2023,which focuses on the treatment of bone tuberculosis with traditional Chinese medicine.Excel was used to construct a statistical chart of annual publications in this field.VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used to map the authors,institutions and key words of the literature,and the results were analysed and summarised.Results A total of 256 literatures were included,with a steady increase in the number of articles published in this field.The core author represented by Chen Qiyi,and the high-yield research institution was Nanjing Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital,with 20 key words with a frequency of≥5,7 key words clusters and 15 highly popular emergent words.Conclusion The research in this field is showing a trend of gradual evolution and is in a critical period of development and exploration.Currently,most clinical studies are based on the combination of traditional Chinese medicine compound with chemotherapy and surgical interventions,the consensus and guideline of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment have not yet been formed,and the basic research has started late,so the optimisation of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine will be a hotspot of research in the future.
