共生理论视角下高职院校产教融合协同育人机制构建的困境与优化路径OA

From the perspective of symbiosis theory,this paper conducts surveys on 52 higher vocational colleges and 20 cooperative enterprises nationwide.The results reveal multi-dimensional structural imbalances in the current collaborative talent cultivation mechanism of industry-education integration,including insufficient participation of symbiotic units,poor matching of symbiotic models,inadequate support from symbiotic environments,and functional absence of symbiotic interfaces.Countermeasures are proposed from four dimensions of government,industry,enterprises and colleges:establishing a diversified incentive policy system,building a dynamic curriculum updating mechanism,formulating a dynamic updating mechanism for"1+N"detailed rules,and accelerating the construction of standard systems for industry-education integration.The research aims to build a new symbiotic ecosystem of industry-education integration featuring"enterprise leadership,college response,policy guidance and industry empowerment",and realize the organic connection of education chain,talent chain,industrial chain and innovation chain.
