高职院校开展职业培训的价值意蕴、现实挑战与优化策略OA

Carrying out vocational training is of great significance for higher vocational colleges,which mainly manifests in supporting the construction of a skilled society,boosting in-depth interaction between industry and education,and expanding development paths for higher vocational colleges.Nevertheless,vocational training programs in current higher vocational colleges are confronted with challenges such as backward educational concepts,unreasonable training models,fragmented resources and imperfect operation mechanisms.Accordingly,higher vocational colleges shall transform their educational concepts,promote tripartite cooperation among government,colleges and enterprises,integrate multi-party resources to build an integrated training platform,and establish a scientific and standardized quality evaluation and assessment system.
