数字化转型背景下职业教育课程资源共享的现实困境与机制重构OA
Practical Dilemmas and Mechanism Reconstruction of Vocational Education Curriculum Resource Sharing Under the Background of Digital Transformation
虽然数字化技术为职业教育课程资源共享提供了坚实的物质基础,但反观职业教育课程资源共享的现实,依旧面临区域分布不均、供需周期错配及共享动力不足等现实困境,而制度供给滞后与信任机制缺失是制约其效能提升的深层根源.为此,提出构建"制度契约—技术底座—治理优化—产教生态"的四维协同机制,即建立利益兼容的产权补偿与学分互认契约,利用知识图谱与区块链完善智能服务与可信交易的基础设施,推行资源全生命周期的颗粒化重组与专业化运营,深化校企共创与动态更新机制,推动职业教育课程资源从"静态堆积"向"动态价值转化"转型,以促进职业教育高质量发展.
Digital technologies have laid a solid material foundation for the sharing of vocational education curriculum resources.Nevertheless,the practice of such resource sharing is still plagued by practical dilemmas including uneven regional distribution,mismatched supply-demand cycles and insufficient sharing motivation.The lagging institutional supply and lack of trust mechanisms constitute the fundamental root restricting efficiency improvement.Accordingly,this study proposes a four-dimensional collaborative mechanism consisting of institutional contracts,technical infrastructure,governance optimization and industry-education ecosystem.Specifically,incentive-compatible contractual arrangements for intellectual property compensation and mutual recognition of credits shall be established;knowledge graphs and blockchains shall be adopted to improve infrastructure for intelligent services and credible transactions;granular reorganization and professional operation of resources throughout their full life cycle shall be implemented;and school-enterprise co-creation and dynamic update mechanisms shall be deepened.These measures facilitate the transformation of vocational education curriculum resources from static accumulation to dynamic value conversion,thereby boosting the high-quality development of vocational education.
