利益相关者理论视角下行业产教融合共同体建设的本质要求、困境审视与实施路径OA

As a cross-regional community consisting of multiple stakeholders,the industrial industry-education integration community inherently features complex attributes of diversified participants,multiple objectives and varied interests,and its construction relies on the internal collaborative logic of all stakeholders.From the perspective of Stakeholder Theory,four essential requirements shall be followed in community construction:taking balanced interests of all participants as the core logic,unifying rights,responsibilities and benefits as the basic criterion,regarding value co-creation and sharing as the goal,and taking long-term contracts and mutual trust as the key support.Current construction is hindered by practical dilemmas including divergent interest demands of stakeholders,unbalanced distribution of rights and responsibilities,loose interest linkage and absent incentive mechanisms.To tackle these challenges,community construction shall be guided by Stakeholder Theory:build a multi-stakeholder collaborative governance structure to unify interest consensus;perfect cost-sharing and benefit-sharing mechanisms to consolidate interest links;clarify role positioning and responsibility boundaries to realize equal rights and responsibilities;improve multi-dimensional incentive mechanisms to stimulate participation enthusiasm.These measures transform stakeholders from passive participants to active co-governors,guarantee the sustainable and healthy development of the community,and realize effective connection among education chain,talent chain,industrial chain and innovation chain.
