协同论视域下行业产教融合共同体运行机制建设:困境检视与路径优化OA

The industrial industry-education integration community is an open and complex system composed of multiple stakeholders.Core principles of synergetics including open system,non-equilibrium state,nonlinear interaction,self-organized evolution,order parameter dominance and collaborative efficiency are highly consistent with the systematic attributes,composition characteristics and operation rules of the community.From the perspective of synergetics,the operation mechanism construction of the community shall form a four-dimensional collaborative structure covering stakeholder collaboration,element collaboration,process collaboration and benefit collaboration,with value orientations of systematic efficiency improvement,industry-education integration,industrial support and long-term sustainability.At present,the construction of its operation mechanism faces problems such as divergent value orientations among stakeholders,blocked flow of core elements,insufficient connection of institutional systems and lack of performance coordination,which deviate from the ideal state of ordered structure,coupling linkage and overall efficiency pursued by synergetics.To transform the community from loose connection to tight collaboration and from external-driven operation to endogenous evolution,four measures shall be taken:establish a stakeholder collaboration mechanism to strengthen the leading role of lead entities and achieve the coupling of rights and responsibilities of diverse stakeholders;improve an element collaboration mechanism to realize full-chain deep integration of industrial and educational resources;perfect an institutional collaboration mechanism to consolidate the foundation of physical operation and long-term governance of community;optimize the performance collaboration mechanism to enhance multi-stakeholders value co-creation capacity and improve the overall oprational effectiveness of the community.
