"人工智能+"背景下的职业迭代与职业教育的适应性研究OA
Research on Occupational Iteration and Adaptability of Vocational Education Under the Background of"Artificial Intelligence Plus"
"人工智能+"作为新一轮科技革命和产业变革的核心驱动力,正推动职业领域发生深刻迭代,呈现淘汰与新生并行、人机协同共生、职业结构加速调整以及职业道德不断规范等趋势.职业教育作为技术技能人才培养的核心载体,在育人理念、课程体系、实践教学、协同机制等方面存在以下不适应:理念上变革响应滞后、课程供需匹配度低、实践教学支持薄弱、多元主体联动不足.为此,从理念更新、课程改革、实践强化、生态共建四个维度提出针对性适应性策略,以期实现职业教育与"人工智能+"时代的同频共振,为产业升级和经济高质量发展提供高技能人才支撑.
As the core driving force of the new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation,"Artificial Intelligence Plus"is driving profound iteration in the occupational field,featuring simultaneous elimination and emergence of occupations,human-machine symbiosis,accelerated adjustment of occupational structure and continuous standardization of professional ethics.As the core carrier for cultivating technical and skilled talents,vocational education faces prominent adaptability problems in educational philosophy,curriculum system,practical teaching and collaborative mechanisms,including delayed response to industrial changes,low matching degree between curriculum supply and industrial demand,insufficient support for practical training and inadequate linkage among multiple stakeholders.Targeted adaptive strategies are proposed from four dimensions:philosophy renewal,curriculum reform,practical training enhancement and ecosystem co-construction,so as to realize coordinated development between vocational education and the"Artificial Intelligence Plus"era and supply high-skilled talents for industrial upgrading and high-quality economic growth.
