D型氨基酸的营养生理功能研究进展OA

Research progress on nutritional and physiological functions of D-amino acids

氨基酸是一种手性分子,可分为L型和D型2种构型.畜禽日粮中的氨基酸主要为L型,但肠道微生物具有氨基酸消旋酶活性,可将部分L型氨基酸转化为相应的D型氨基酸.D型氨基酸虽不参与蛋白质合成,但可作为神经递质或神经调质,参与调节机体免疫、炎症反应和微生态平衡等多种生理过程.本文系统综述了D型氨基酸的来源、生物合成途径、体内代谢与分布,重点阐述了其在调节肠道菌群、免疫功能及相关疾病中的作用,并初步探讨了D型氨基酸氧化酶和N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体介导D型氨基酸发挥抑菌、免疫调节和影响疾病发生发展的潜在机制,以期为养殖生产中合理应用D型氨基酸调控畜禽生长性能和肠道健康提供理论参考.

Amino acids are chiral molecules that exist as L-and D-enantiomers.Diets for poultry and livestock are predominantly composed of L-amino acids;however,intestinal microbiota exhibit amino acid racemase activity,which catalyzes the racemization of certain L-amino acids into their respective D-counterparts.Although D-amino acids are not incorporated into host proteins,they serve as neurotransmitters or neuromodulators,participating in the regulation of immune function,inflammatory responses,and microbial homeostasis in animals.This review systematically summarizes the sources,biosynthetic pathways,metabolism,and tissue distribution of D-amino acids,with emphasis on their roles in modulating gut microbiota and immune function,as well as their implications in diseases.Furthermore,we preliminarily discuss the potential mechanisms by which D-amino acid oxidase and the N-methyl-D-aspartate receptor mediate the antibacterial,immunoregulatory,and disease-modulating effects of D-amino acids,aiming to provide a theoretical reference for the rational application of D-amino acids in poultry and livestock production to regulate growth performance and intestinal health.
