奶牛对农作物秸秆饲料利用效率的差异及其机制OA
Variability in utilization efficiency of crop straw for dairy cattle and its underlying mechanisms
农作物秸秆是我国养殖奶牛的重要粗饲料资源,充分利用该资源有利于节本增效,缓解奶牛产业原料压力.在实际生产中,不同奶牛个体对秸秆饲料的利用效率存在差异,这种差异表现在饲料消化率、转化效率等多个指标上,深入解析造成此种差异的内在机制是实现秸秆高效利用、优化饲料利用策略的关键环节.本文系统综述了奶牛利用农作物秸秆的消化机制与代谢机制,从多层次阐明了奶牛利用农作物秸秆效率差异的生物学基础,为促进农作物秸秆的饲料化利用提供理论和实践参考.
Straw resources represent a significant potential source of roughage for dairy cattle in China.Efficient exploitation of these resources can reduce production costs and improve efficiency,thereby alleviating pressure on feed supplies for the dairy industry.In practical production,considerable interindividual variation exists among cows in their ability to utilize straw-based diets,manifesting in measures such as digestibility and feed conversion efficiency.Elucidation of the underlying mechanisms that drive these differences is essential for improving straw utilization and optimizing feed resource use.This review provides a systematic overview of the gastrointestinal and metabolic processes by which dairy cattle utilize crop residues and synthesizes evidence on the biological bases of individual variation in utilization efficiency at multiple levels.The analysis offers theoretical insights and practical recommendations to support the effective incorporation of crop residues into dairy rations.
