可视数字化悬吊训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿步行能力与身体姿势的影响OA
Effects of Visual Digital Suspension Training on Walking Ability and Body Posture in Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy
目的 探讨可视数字化悬吊训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿步行能力与身体姿势的影响.方法 选取2023年8月至2024年8月青海省妇女儿童医院收治的80例痉挛型脑瘫患儿,采用随机数表法将患儿分为观察组与对照组,每组40例.对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在对照组的基础上给予可视数字化悬吊训练,两组均连续干预3个月.比较两组干预前后步行能力、身体姿势、肌张力、关节活动范围.结果 干预3个月后,观察组步幅、步频、步速、摆动相均高于对照组,步态周期、支撑相均低于对照组(P<0.05).干预3个月后,观察组躯干左右位移标准差、躯干前后位移标准差、躯干总位移标准差均低于对照组(P<0.05).干预3个月后,观察组腓肠肌、腘绳肌及内收肌肌张力均低于对照组(P<0.05).干预3个月后,观察组足背屈角、腘窝角、内收肌角均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在短期(3个月)内,可视数字化悬吊训练能提高痉挛型脑瘫患儿的步行能力,改善身体姿势控制情况及肌张力,提高关节活动范围.
Objective To explore the effects of visual digital suspension training on walking ability and body posture in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 80 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to Qinghai Women's and Children's Hospital between August 2023 and August 2024 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group received visual digital suspension training in addition to the routine training.Both groups underwent intervention for 3 consecutive months.Walking ability,body posture,muscle tone,and range of motion were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,stride length,stride frequency,walking speed,and swing phase in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while gait cycle and support phase were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention,the standard deviation of trunk left-right displacement,anteroposterior displacement,and total trunk displacement in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After 3 months of intervention,muscle tone of the gastrocnemius,hamstrings,and adductor muscles in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After 3 months of intervention,dorsiflexion angle,popliteal fossa angle,and adductor angle in the observation group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the short term(3 months),visual digital suspension training can improve walking ability,body posture control,muscle tone,and range of motion in children with spastic cerebral palsy.
