结构地震监测技术虽为获取建筑震时响应提供了有效手段,但利用监测数据快速评定建筑震后安全状态时,仍面临安全状态划分基准不统一、工程需求参量(EDP)阈值离散及适用结构类型有限等问题.为此,该文通过对比分析国内外21部规范的性能水准划分,建立了以"可以使用—暂停使用—禁止使用"三级状态为基准的统一映射关系,为整合多源EDP阈值数据奠定基础.并提取了近20年我国45篇文献中RC框架、RC框架-剪力墙、RC框架-核心筒、钢框架、钢支撑框架及砌体结构等6类典型结构体系的最大层间位移角(θm)经验性阈值,经统计分析,构建了各类结构的震后安全状态与θm的经验性相关关系,给出各类结构对应三级状态的θm经验性阈值.研究为建筑震后安全状态快速判定奠定数据基础,有助于阈值体系的持续完善.

Although seismic monitoring technologies provide an effective mechanism for acquiring structural responses during earthquakes,utilizing monitoring data for rapid building safety evaluation still faces critical challenges,including inconsistent criteria for safety state classification,highly dispersed engineering demand pa-rameter(EDP)thresholds,and limited structural applicability.To address these issues,a unified safety state map-ping is established in this study based on a"Usable-Restricted Use-Unsafe"three-level states by analyzing the performance level classification of 21 international and domestic codes.This framework facilitates the integra-tion of diverse EDP threshold data.On this basis,empirical maximum inter-story drift ratio(θm)thresholds are extracted from 45 Chinese studies published over the past two decades,encompassing six typical structural sys-tems:RC frames,RC frame-shear walls,RC frame-core walls,steel frames,steel braced frames,and masonry structures.Through statistical analysis,empirical correlations between post-earthquake safety states and θm are es-tablished,and recommended θm thresholds corresponding to the three-level states are provided.A statistical data foundation is provided for rapid post-earthquake safety evaluation and the continuous refinement of the threshold system is facilitated.
