贵州水稻抗稻瘟病基因分析及育种应用研究OA
Analysis of Rice Blast Resistance Genes and Breeding Application in Guizhou Province
为明确贵州水稻抗稻瘟病主效基因,以16份水稻种质资源为材料,在贵州湄潭进行田间自然诱发稻瘟病抗性鉴定,并检测9个抗稻瘟病基因(Pi2、Pi9、Pigm、Pi5、Pib、Pit、Pita、Pi33和Pi46)的功能荧光分子标记.结果表明,16份水稻种质资源的稻瘟病抗性级别为7份高感、1份感、2份中感、3份中抗和3份抗,稻瘟病抗性基因除了 Pi9和Pit未检测到外,其余7个稻瘟病抗性基因均检测到.结合稻瘟病田间表型抗性鉴定和稻瘟病基因分子标记检测,携带稻瘟病抗性基因Pigm的材料在田间表现出较强稻瘟病抗性.
To identify the major rice blast resistance genes in Guizhou rice germplasm,16 rice(Oryza sativa L.)germplasm resources were used as materials for field natural induction of rice blast resist-ance identification in Meitan,Guizhou,and functional fluorescent molecular markers for nine rice blast resistance genes(Pi2,Pi9,Pigm,Pi5,Pib,Pit,Pita,Pi33,and Pi46)were detected.The results showed that among the 16 rice germplasm resources,the rice blast resistance levels were as follows:seven highly susceptible,one susceptible,two moderately susceptible,three moderately re-sistant,and three resistant.Except for Pi9 and Pit,which were not detected,the remaining seven rice blast resistance genes were all detected.Combined with field phenotypic resistance identification and molecular marker detection of rice blast genes,materials carrying the rice blast resistance gene Pigm exhibited relatively strong rice blast resistance in the field.
