Advanced Application of Valnemulin Hydrochloride against Mycoplasma gallisepticum Infection in Chickens
盐酸沃尼妙林是新一代动物专用截短侧耳素类抗生素.大量研究表明,盐酸沃尼妙林对鸡毒支原体感染性疾病疗效显著.本文结合盐酸沃尼妙林抗鸡毒支原体的活性和药效作用及其在鸡体内的药动学、毒理学等进展进行全面的综述,以期为盐酸沃尼妙林在家禽养殖临床中的应用提供参考.
Valnemulin hydrochloride is a new generation of animal-specific pleuromutilins.Numbers of literatures have reported that valnemulin hydrochloride shows significant efficacy against infection caused by Mycoplasma gallisepticum(MG).This paper comprehensively reviews the efficacy of valnemulin hydrochloride against MG,as well as its pharmacokinetic and toxicological research progress in chickens,with the aim of providing reference for the application of valnemulin hydrochloride in the poultry clinical practice.
