一种测定铁剂中苯酚含量的理化检测方法研究OA

苯酚作为抑菌剂常用于右旋糖酐铁注射剂中,但苯酚存在毒性,使用时应控制在最低有效浓度.目前右旋糖酐铁注射剂中苯酚含量测定方法少且检测成本高.建立了一种铁-磷酸二氢钠沉淀除杂联合反滴定法,用于右旋糖酐铁注射液/溶液中苯酚含量的理化检测.结果显示,苯酚浓度在1.25~16.95 mg/mL 范围内线性关系良好,以加苯酚量(mg)为横坐标,以 V0-V(mL)为纵坐标,回归方程为 y=0.1565x-0.0158,r=0.9995.回收率 95.7%~104.0%.精密度 RSD 为0.8%.该方法无需精密仪器、操作简便、成本低廉,可满足国外客户质量要求,为国内铁剂兽药生产企业提供经济高效的质量控制手段,也为右旋糖酐铁注射液/溶液的国家标准修订与质量安全控制提供参考.

Phenol serves as a bacteriostatic agent in iron dextran injection,but its toxicity necessitates strict control at the minimum effective concentration.Currently,methods for determining phenol content in iron dextran are limited and involve high detection costs.A combined back-titration method for impurity removal by iron-sodium dihydrogen phosphate precipitation was established for the physicochemical detection of phenol content in iron dextran injection/solution.The results showed that the phenol concentration had a good linear relationship within the range of 1.25~16.95 mg/mL.Taking the amount of phenol added(mg)as the abscissa and V0-V(mL)as the ordinate,the regression equation was y=0.1565x-0.0158,r=0.9995.The recovery rate was 95.7%~104.0%.The precision relative stanfard deviation(RSD)is 0.8%.This method does not require precision instruments,is easy to operate,and has a low cost.It can meet the quality requirements of foreign customers and provide domestic iron veterinary drug manufacturers with an economical and efficient quality control means,and also offers a reference for the revision of national standards and quality and safety control of iron dextran injection/solution.
