超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定鸡蛋中氟苯尼考和氟苯尼考胺残留量的不确定度评价OA
Uncertainty Evaluation for the Determination of Florfenicol and Florfenicol Amine Residues in Eggs by Ultra-High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry
采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法对鸡蛋中氟苯尼考和氟苯尼考胺残留量进行测定.通过建立测定鸡蛋中氟苯尼考和氟苯尼考胺残留量不确定度的数学模型,依次对不确定度来源进行分析,评价其对测定结果不确定度的影响,并计算合成不确定度,最终得到鸡蛋中氟苯尼考和氟苯尼考胺残留量的扩展不确定度.结果显示,鸡蛋中氟苯尼考残留量为8.03 μg/kg,在95%置信区间下,合成标准不确定度为0.546,扩展不确定度为1.09(k=2),最终结果应表示为8.03±1.09 μg/kg;氟苯尼考胺残留量为13.2 μg/kg,在95%置信区间下,合成标准不确定度为0.899,扩展不确定度为1.80(k=2),最终结果应表示为13.2±1.80 μg/kg.评定结果表明,影响测定结果的主要因素为标准溶液配制、回收率和重复性测量.
The residues of florfenicol and florfenicol amine in eggs were determined by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry.By establishing a mathematical model for the uncertainty of the determination of florfenicol and florfenicol amine residues in eggs,the sources of uncertainty were analyzed in sequence,their influence on the uncertainty of the determination results was evaluated,and the combined uncertainty was calculated.Finally,the expanded uncertainty of florfenicol and florfenicol amine residues in eggs was obtained.The results showed that the residue of florfenicol in eggs was 8.03 μg/kg.Under the 95%confidence interval,the combined standard uncertainty was 0.546 and the expanded uncertainty was 1.09(k=2).The final result should be expressed as 8.03±1.09 μg/kg.The residue of florfenicol amine in eggs was 13.2 μg/kg.Under the 95%confidence interval,the combined standard uncertainty was 0.899 and the expanded uncertainty was 1.80(k=2).The final result should be expressed as 13.2±1.80 μg/kg.The evaluation results indicated that the main factors affecting the determination results were the preparation of standard solutions,recovery rate and repeatability measurement.
