北戴河滨海地区涝峪苔草生态适应性研究OA
为探究涝峪苔草(Carex giraldiana Kük.)在北戴河滨海地区生态适应性衰减的原因,该研究于 2025 年 9 月,在距海岸1km的栽植地,分别采集全光照与 70%遮阴条件下、长势良好与衰弱的苔草根际土壤(0~10 cm)共 16 组,测定其pH及主要养分含量.结果表明,研究区土壤整体碱化(pH均值8.13).土壤pH>8.2是导致苔草长势衰弱的关键阈值,且与长势呈极显著负相关.长势良好样地的土壤有机质、碱解氮、有效磷和速效钾含量均显著高于衰弱样地.相关性分析揭示一个核心机理,土壤碱化(高pH)首先导致有机质降低,进而连锁引起碱解氮减少与磷被固定(有效磷匮乏),最终导致植物生长受阻.其中,有效磷在高pH环境下表现出关键的补偿作用.该研究证实,北戴河滨海地区涝峪苔草的养护,关键在于通过增施有机肥等措施改善土壤碱化导致养分障碍的情况,以实现降pH、提肥力、保生长的综合目标.
To investigate the causes of the ecological adaptability decline of Carex giraldiana Kük.in the coastal area of Beidaihe,this study collected 16 groups of rhizosphere soil samples(0-10 cm)from plants under full sunlight and 70%shade conditions,as well as from vigorously growing and declining plants,in a planting site 1 km from the coast in September 2025.Soil pH and major nutrient contents were measured.The results showed that the soil in the study area was generally alkaline(mean pH 8.13).Soil pH>8.2 was identified as the critical threshold leading to poor growth of Carex giraldiana,showing a highly significant negative correlation with plant vigor.The contents of soil organic matter,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen,available phosphorus,and available potassium in vigorously growing plots were significantly higher than those in declining plots.Correlation analysis revealed a core mechanism:soil alkalization(high pH)first leads to a decrease in organic matter,which subsequently causes a reduction in alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and phosphorus fixation(resulting in available phosphorus deficiency),ultimately hindering plant growth.Among these factors,available phosphorus plays a key compensatory role under high pH conditions.This study confirms that the key to maintaining Carex giraldiana in the coastal area of Beidaihe lies in interrupting the nutrient barrier caused by soil alkalization-by measures such as increasing organic fertilizer application-to achieve the integrated goals of reducing pH,improving soil fertility,and ensuring healthy plant growth.
