间伐强度对白龙江流域云杉人工林土壤化学计量学特征的影响OA
探究青藏高原东部云杉(Picea asperata)人工林土壤化学计量学特征对间伐强度的响应差异,为其合理间伐提供科学依据.选择甘肃省迭部县的过密云杉人工林(郁闭度 0.9),布设无间伐(CK)对照和T1(间伐 10%)、T2(间伐 15%)、T3(间伐 20%)3个处理,探究不同间伐强度下的土壤养分特征及主要影响因素.相比对照处理,3 种间伐强度均提高 0~60 cm土层的含水量(SWC)、全氮(TN)、全磷(TP)含量和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性,降低土壤pH和脲酶(URE)活性;除T1 处理的氨态氮(NH4+-N)含量提升 8.87%外,其余处理均降低NH4+-N和硝态氮(NO3--N)含量,其中T2 处理无显著影响.随着间伐强度增加,0~60 cm土层的SWC和NH4+-N、TN、TP含量呈先升后降的变化趋势,pH和NO3--N、有机碳(SOC)含量及URE活性呈先降后升的变化趋势.此外,C:N与SOC、pH和URE呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与TN和SWC呈显著负相关;C:P与SOC、pH和URE呈显著正相关,与TP呈负相关;N:P与TN和ACP呈显著正相关.不同间伐强度下的土壤化学计量学特征差异显著,轻度间伐(间伐 10%)C:N计量比最小,N:P计量比最大,能显著增加土壤的TN和NH4+-N含量(P<0.05),有助于缓解土壤氮素限制;同时降低NO3--N含量,避免因硝酸盐过量积累可能引发的淋溶损失与环境风险.
This study investigates the response patterns of soil stoichiometric characteristics to thinning intensities in a Picea asperata plantation on the eastern Tibetan Plateau,aiming to provide a scientific basis for its rational thinning.In Diebu County,Gansu Province,an overly dense spruce plantation(canopy closure of 0.9)was selected to establish a control plot with no thinning(CK)and three thinning treatments:T1(10%thinning),T2(15%thinning),and T3(20%thinning),to investigate soil nutrient characteristics and the main influencing factors under different thinning intensities.Compared with the control treatment,all three thinning intensities increased the soil water content(SWC),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorus(TP)contents,and acid phosphatase(ACP)activity in the 0~60 cm soil layer,while decreasing soil pH and urease(URE)activity.Except for the T1 treatment,which increased ammonium nitrogen(NH4+-N)content by 8.87%,all other treatments reduced both NH4+-N and nitrate nitrogen(NO3--N)contents,with no significant effect observed under the T2 treatment.With increasing thinning intensity,SWC and the contents of NH4+-N,TN,and TP in the 0~60 cm soil layer showed a trend of initially increasing and then decreasing,whereas soil pH,NO3--N content,soil organic carbon(SOC)content,and URE activity exhibited a trend of initially decreasing and then increasing.Furthermore,the C:N ratio was significantly positively correlated with SOC,pH,and URE(P<0.05),and significantly negatively correlated with TN and SWC;the C:P ratio was significantly positively correlated with SOC,pH,and URE,and negatively correlated with TP;the N:P ratio was significantly positively correlated with TN and ACP.Significant differences in soil stoichiometric characteristics were observed among different thinning intensities.Under light thinning(10%thinning intensity),the soil C:N ratio was the lowest and the N:P ratio the highest,significantly increasing soil total nitrogen(TN)and ammonium nitrogen(NH4+-N)contents(P<0.05),thereby alleviating soil nitrogen limitation;meanwhile,nitrate nitrogen(NO3--N)content decreased,preventing potential leaching losses and associated environmental risks caused by excessive nitrate accumulation.
