To explore the intrinsic relationship and interactive mechanisms between rural Party development and smart agriculture advancement,this study is grounded in the strategic context of comprehensively advancing rural revitalization during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.It systematically examines the bidirectional driving dynamics between Party leadership and smart agriculture,while conducting in-depth analysis of new requirements posed by smart agriculture to primary-level Party organizations'leadership capabilities.The research highlights that Party leadership provides directional guidance,organizational support,and value orientation for smart agriculture development,whereas smart agriculture empowers primary-level Party building through technological innovation,economic transformation,and talent aggregation.Based on these findings,it is proposed to build a long-term interactive mechanism from the dimensions of organizational embedding,talent co-education and institutional coupling to promote the coordinated evolution of Party building and smart agriculture,and provide organizational guarantee and development momentum for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas.
