Smart agriculture serves as a crucial driver for agricultural modernization and rural revitalization across the b oard,wherein the application of smart agricultural data plays a key role in optimizing and upgrading the agricultural industry chain.An analysis of existing research indicates that rural areas in western China possess abundant resources and notable environmental advantages;however,they also encounter challenges such as inadequate infrastructure and underdeveloped industries in the process of revitalization.The application of smart agricultural data in Sichuan Province faces issues including data silos,incompatibility of information technologies,and barriers to integrated collaborative governance.This study examines the current state and challenges associated with smart agriculture data development in Sichuan Province,analyzes the challenges of multi-stakeholder coordination that contribute to data silos in the province,and explores practical pathways for utilizing these data to support rural revitalization across the b oard.It proposes positioning the Tianfu Granary Digital Center as a central strategic platform and enhancing smart agriculture data initiatives in Sichuan through the integration of policy guidance,data empowerment,multi-actor alignment,and collaborative governance.The practical pathways for rural revitalization across the b oard advocate a paradigm shift in the application of smart agriculture data-from organizational collaboration to the synergistic integration of data elements.
