针对传统脱氮除磷工艺调控粗放、响应滞后的问题,集成物联网、数字孪生与机器学习技术,构建集水质异常溯源、药剂智能投加与工艺协同调控于一体的智慧化系统.运行结果表明,该系统能够快速精准定位水质异常风险源,有效降低碳源与除磷药剂消耗,显著缩短工艺抗冲击响应时间.该系统的集成应用显著提升了污水处理过程的感知、诊断与优化能力.

To address the issues of coarse regulation and delayed response in conventional nitrogen and phosphorus removal processes,technologies including the internet of things,digital twin,and machine learning are integrated to develop an intelligent system that combines water quality anomaly traceability,smart chemical dosing,and coordinated process control.Operational results indicate that the system can rapidly and accurately identify the sources of water quality anomalies,effectively reduce the consumption of carbon sources and phosphorus removal chemicals,and significantly shorten the process shock-response time.The integrated application of this system substantially enhances the perception,diagnosis,and optimization capabilities of wastewater treatment processes.
