高盐、高有机物废水的处理与资源化利用已成为制约精细化工行业绿色可持续发展的关键瓶颈.基于此,以有机颜料中间体吡唑酮生产过程中产生的高盐废水为研究对象,针对其成分复杂、传统处理方式成本高、资源浪费严重等问题,系统设计一种"废水处理—资源回收—产品生产"一体化技术方案,旨在将富含氮、硫营养元素的吡唑酮废盐转化为高附加值的复合肥料,实现废物的资源化与高值化利用.研究完整覆盖全产业链技术环节,包括源头生产工艺优化、高效脱盐技术筛选、复合肥生产关键设备配置与配方优化,以及一体化智能监控系统构建与技术示范区建设.该方案可为化工行业高盐废水治理与资源化利用提供技术参考,对推动行业节能减排、发展循环经济具有重要的示范意义.

The treatment and resource utilization of high-salinity,high-organic wastewater have become a critical bottleneck restricting the green and sustainable development of the fine chemical industry.Based on this,taking the high-salinity wastewater generated during the production of pyrazolone,an organic pigment intermediate,as the research subject,and addressing issues such as its complex composition,high cost of traditional treatment methods,and severe resource waste,a comprehensive technical scheme of"wastewater treatment-resource recovery-product production"is systematically designed.The aim is to convert pyrazolone waste salt rich in nitrogen and sulfur nutrient elements into high-value compound fertilizers,achieving the resource and high-value utilization of waste.The research fully covers all technical links in the entire industrial chain,including optimization of source production process,selection of efficient desalination technologies,configuration of key equipment and formula optimization for compound fertilizer production,as well as the construction of an integrated intelligent monitoring system and the establishment of a technology demonstration area.This scheme can provide technical references for the treatment and resource utilization of high-salinity wastewater in the chemical industry,and has important demonstration significance for promoting industry energy conservation,emission reduction,and developing circular economy.
