高陡边坡生态修复技术在平凉市崆峒城北废弃矿山的应用实践OACHSSCD
Application Practice of High and Steep Slope Ecological Restoration Technology in the Abandoned Mine to the North of Kongtong,Pingliang City
以平凉市崆峒城北废弃矿山生态修复示范工程为研究对象,针对该区域砂岩与马兰黄土混合地貌,创新集成洞穴栽植、挂网喷播及无人机技术,同步配套多元化投融资机制、标准化管理制度、分区修复策略.截至 2024 年末,累计修复高陡边坡 5.8 万 m2,年水土流失量减少 1.2 万 t,植被覆盖率从 12%提高至68%,土壤含水量(0~30 cm)从 8%提高至 15%,生物多样性指数从 0.8 提高至 2.3,生态修复成效显著.项目形成的"高陡边坡分级修复技术包"已在华亭市、崇信县等地落地推广,可为黄土高原干旱半干旱区同类矿山修复提供"平凉经验".
Taking the ecological restoration demonstration project of the abandoned mine in the north of Kongtong,Pingliang city as the research object,in response to the mixed landform of sandstone and Malan loess in this area,innovative and integrated techniques such as cave planting,net spraying and drone technology were adopted.At the same time,diversified investment and financing mechanisms,standardized management systems and zonal restoration strategies were also implemented.By the end of 2024,a total of 58 000 m2 of high and steep slopes had been restored,the annual soil erosion volume had decreased by 12 000 t,the vegetation coverage rate had increased from 12%to 68%,the soil moisture content(from 0 cm to 30 cm)had increased from 8%to 15%,the biodiversity index had increased from 0.8 to 2.3,and the ecological restoration effect was remarkable.The"graded restoration technology package for high and steep slopes"formed by this project has been implemented and promoted in Huating city and Chongxin county,providing the"Pingliang experience"for similar mine restoration in the arid and semi-arid areas of the Loess Plateau.
