A2O-MBR耦合工艺的城镇污水深度脱氮除磷效能研究OACHSSCD
Research on the Deep Nitrogen and Phosphorus Removal Efficiency of Urban Sewage by A2O-MBR Coupled Process
采用厌氧-缺氧-好氧-膜生物反应器(Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic-Membrane Bio-Reactor,A2O-MBR)耦合工艺处理城镇污水,聚焦深度脱氮除磷效能提升,系统考察污泥回流比、溶解氧(Dissolved Oxygen,DO)质量浓度及水力停留时间(Hydraulic Retention Time,HRT)对处理效果的影响.结果显示,当污泥回流比为 200%时,总氮(Total Nitrogen,TN)去除率最高,而总磷(Total Phosphorus,TP)去除率峰值出现在 150%;当 DO 质量浓度为 2.5 mg/L 时,可兼顾处理效果与能耗;HRT 延长至 16 h 后,TN、TP 去除率分别为 89.5%和 93.8%,继续增加 HRT 则 TN、TP 去除率提升效果有限,验证了该耦合工艺在城镇污水深度处理中的技术可行性与优越性.
The experiment adopted the Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic-Membrane Bio-Reactor(A2O-MBR)coupled process to treat urban sewage,focusing on enhancing the efficiency of deep nitrogen and phosphorus removal.The system investigated the effects of sludge return ratio,Dissolved Oxygen(DO)concentration,and Hydraulic Retention Time(HRT)on the treatment outcome.The results showed that when the sludge return ratio was 200%,the Total Nitrogen(TN)removal rate was the highest,while the Total Phosphorus(TP)removal rate peaked at 150%;when the DO mass concentration was 2.5 mg/L,it is possible to achieve both good treatment effect and low energy consumption;after extending the HRT to 16 h,the TN and TP removal rates reached 89.5%and 93.8%respectively,further prolonging HRT would have limited effect on increasing the removal rates of TN and TP,verifying the technical feasibility and superiority of this coupled process in the deep treatment of urban sewage.
