固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱法在自来水有机污染物检测中的应用OACHSSCD
Application of Solid Phase Extraction-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry in the Determination of Organic Pollutants in Tap Water
为建立精准、普适的自来水有机污染物检测方法,采用固相萃取-气相色谱-质谱法对华北、华东、华南、西南 4 个区域 12 个城市的自来水样本进行分析.通过优化前处理与仪器条件,确定 C18 小柱富集、正己烷-乙腈洗脱及选择离子监测模式检测等关键参数.结果显示,方法加标回收率为 82.3%~95.7%,相对标准偏差小于 5.0%,检出限为 0.008~0.035 μg/L,定量限为 0.027~0.117 μg/L.实际样本检测结果表明,各区域样本中多环芳烃与有机氯农药均有检出,但质量浓度均低于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749-2022)限值.方法灵敏度高、精密度良好、基质适应性强,可满足不同区域自来水中低质量浓度有机污染物的常规监测需求.
To establish an accurate and universally applicable method for the determination of organic pollutants in tap water,solid phase extraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry was employed to analyze tap water samples collected from 12 cities across four regions of China:North China,East China,South China,and Southwest China.By optimizing pretreatment and instrumental conditions,key parameters were determined,including enrichment with C18 cartridges,elution with n-hexane-acetonitrile,and detection under selected ion monitoring mode.The results showed that the spiked recoveries ranged from 82.3%to 95.7%,with relative standard deviations less than 5.0%.The limits of detection ranged from 0.008 μg/L to 0.035 μg/L,and the limits of quantification ranged from 0.027 μg/L to 0.117 μg/L.Analysis of actual samples indicated that polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and organochlorine pesticides were detected in all regions,with concentrations below the limits specified in the Standards for Drinking Water Quality(GB 5749-2022).The method exhibits high sensitivity,good precision,and strong matrix adaptability,and is suitable for routine monitoring of low-concentration organic pollutants in tap water from different regions.
