再生骨料(Recycled Concrete Aggregate,RCA)因附着旧砂浆且存在微裂纹与高孔隙率,导致吸水率偏高、抗破碎能力不足,限制了其在中高性能混凝土中的应用.为改善 RCA 的物理性能,开展气体加速碳化试验,重点研究"碳化-休息"循环模式下的工艺优化及强化效果.结果表明,碳化处理可降低压碎值并显著降低吸水率,3 次循环工艺下压碎值由 22.50%降至 21.30%,24 h 吸水率由 4.22%降至 3.60%.研究明确了气体循环碳化的优选工艺窗口,可为 RCA 高效强化与工程应用提供参考.

Recycled Concrete Aggregate(RCA)has a high water absorption rate and insufficient anti crushing ability due to its adhesion to old mortar,microcracks,and high porosity,which limits its application in medium to high performance concrete.To improve the physical properties of RCA,gas accelerated carbonization tests were conducted,with a focus on studying the process optimization and strengthening effects under the"carbonization-rest"cycle mode.The results showed that carbonization treatment can reduce the crushing value and significantly decrease the water absorption rate.Under the 3-cycle process,the crushing value decreased from 22.50%to 21.30%,and the 24 h water absorption rate decreased from 4.22%to 3.60%.The study has identified the optimal process window for gas circulation carbonization,which can provide reference for efficient strengthening and engineering applications of RCA.
