治疗多囊卵巢综合征中药专利申请现状分析OA
Analysis of Patent Application Status of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome
目的 探究全球多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)中药专利的发展现状、研究热点与发展趋势,为PCOS中药研发提供专利数据支持.方法 检索incoPat专利数据库2000-2025年治疗PCOS中药专利数据,对专利申请趋势、地域分布、专利申请人、技术功效与用途等进行整理与分析.结果 纳入治疗PCOS中药相关专利族550个,主要申请国家/地区/组织为中国、美国、世界知识产权组织;我国申请地主要涉及山东、江苏、上海、北京、广东和黑龙江等;主要申请人为黑龙江中医药大学(14件)、HANALL BIOPHARMA CO.,LTD.(11件)、Kim Sung Wuk(10件);专利技术主要集中在A61K和A61P领域,功效以提高安全性、改善症状和降低复杂性为主.结论 全球PCOS中药研发日益活跃,精准化与多技术融合是核心趋势,专利申请质量待进一步提高.
Objective To investigate the current status,research hotspots and development trends of global Chinese medicine patents for polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),and to provide patent data support for PCOS Chinese medicine research and development.Methods Patent data on Chinese medicine for treating PCOS from 2000 to 2025 were retrieved from the incoPat patent database.The trends in patent applications,geographical distribution,patent applicants,and technical efficacy and applications were collated and analyzed.Results A total of 550 patent families related to PCOS Chinese medicine were included.The main countries/regions/organizations for patent applications were China,the United States,and the World Intellectual Property Organization.In China,the main application regions involved Shandong,Jiangsu,Shanghai,Beijing,Guangdong and Heilongjiang.The main patent applicants were Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine(14 patents),HANALL BIOPHARMA CO.,LTD.(11 patents),and Kim Sung Wuk(10 patents).The patent technologies were mainly concentrated in the fields of A61K and A61P,with the technical efficacy primarily focusing on improving safety,alleviating symptoms,and reducing complexity.Conclusion Global PCOS Chinese medicine research and development is increasingly active,with precision and multi-technology integration being the core trends.The quality of patent applications needs to be further improved.
