基于气血津液理论探讨肠道菌群相关结直肠腺瘤的发病及治疗思路OA

Currently,the imbalance of intestinal flora being the focus of research on the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,yet the theory of preventing and treating intestinal flora-related gastrointestinal diseases from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is not mature.Based on the TCM theory of Qi,blood,fluid,this paper explores the relationship between abnormal Qi-blood-body fluid and intestinal flora imbalance from the pathogenesis core and biological basis of Colorectal adenoma(CRA),and classifies the causes and treatment of CRA by stages.The imbalance of Qi,blood,and fluids constitute the fundamental pathogenic mechanism of CRA.Phlegm,dampness,blood stasis,and toxins represent the pathological manifestations resulting from this imbalance.The therapeutic approach for CRA should be based on the specific nature and stage of the imbalance,with treatment tailored to the underlying causes.Dysregulation of Qi movement is primarily addressed through regulating and tonifying Qi;abnormal fluid metabolism is associated with the transformation and elimination of dampness;impaired blood circulation and blood stasis require the removal of stasis and nourishment of deficiency.Overall,the imbalance among Qi,blood,and fluids necessitate strategies aimed at clearing turbidity and detoxification.It is hoped that this study can offer a new idea for the exploration of the TCM theory of intestinal flora and a new approach for the diagnosis and treatment of intestinal flora-related CRA.
