From the perspective of the theory of Yang Qi elevation and circular movement,it is believed that insomnia's four-season mechanism is closely related to the internal organs.The basic mechanism of insomnia in spring is whether Yang Qi rises too much or not enough.If the power of rising is too much,then the liver Yang will be over-exuberant,and the liver will be inflamed;if the power of rising is not enough,then the liver will be depressed and stagnant,and the heart and spirit will be undernourished.The basic pathogenesis of insomnia in summer is that if Yang Qi rises and floats too much,the heart Yang will be overactive and the heart will be inflamed.Insufficient descending of Yang Qi is the basic mechanism of insomnia in fall.When Yang heat is not descending and the astringent Qi of lung gold is insufficient,Yang Qi floats over the top,and the camp and guards are out of harmony.Yang Qi failure to submerge is the basic pathogenesis of insomnia in winter,the kidney water sealing gas is insufficient,Yang Qi can not submerge,then Yang Qi false floating on the top;false Yang disturbing the heart and lung prana,then the heart and kidney are not communicating with each other.This article explores ancient literature and elucidates the four time pathogenesis of insomnia based on the rise and fall of visceral Yang Qi,in order to flexibly grasp the basic pathogenesis and evolution rules of insomnia in the dynamic changes of time,and provide theoretical basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of insomnia.
