我国贝类产业机械化进展、问题及推进路径OA

As a cornerstone of China's fishery economy,the shellfish industry plays a significant role in implementing the"all-encompassing approach to food",promoting comprehensive rural revitalization,and advancing the building of a maritime power.However,driven by multiple constraints such as rising labor costs,changing market demand,and the overloading of aquaculture capacity,promoting the mechanization of the shellfish industry has become an inevitable choice for its transformation and upgrading.Based on a review of the current development status of China's shellfish industry,this paper summarizes the progress of mechanization across the whole industrial chain,including seedling breeding,aquaculture,harvesting,processing,and storage and transportation,and provides an in-depth analysis of the problems in technological research and development,economic benefits,and policy support.Subsequently,it proposes advancement paths for industrial mechanization from the following three aspects:First,strengthening technological innovation and increasing investment,promoting industry-university-research collaboration,and cultivating professional talents;Second,enhancing industrial economic benefits and sustainable development capacity by strengthening cost control,promoting industrial integration,and practicing the concept of green development;Third,optimizing policy support and industrial supporting systems by improving supportive policies,establishing a sound industrial supporting system,and revising and improving industry standards and regulations.The aim is to provide theoretical references and practical guidance for improving the quality and efficiency of China's shellfish industry and facilitating its transformation and upgrading.
