绿色金融对海洋经济高质量发展的影响研究OA
Research on the impact of green finance on the high-quality development of marine economy
本文聚焦绿色金融对海洋经济高质量发展的影响及绿色创新效率的中介作用,以2010-2022年我国沿海11个省份(除港澳台地区外)的面板数据为样本展开研究.通过构建海洋经济高质量发展与绿色金融的评价指标体系,运用双向固定效应模型和中介效应模型实证分析发现:绿色金融能直接显著促进海洋经济高质量发展,基准回归显示绿色创新效率在二者关系中起中介作用,绿色金融通过资金供给与激励机制提升绿色创新效率,进而赋能海洋经济高质量发展.稳健性检验与异质性分析显示,东部地区、南部地区绿色金融对海洋经济高质量发展的促进作用显著,北部地区不显著.本研究为优化绿色金融支持海洋经济高质量发展的路径提供了经验依据.
This paper focuses on the impact of green finance on the high-quality development of marine economy and the mediating role of green innovation efficiency,and uses the panel data of 11 coastal provinces in our country from 2010 to 2022 as samples.By constructing an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of marine economy and green finance,and using the two-way fixed effect model and the mediating effect model,it is found that green finance can directly and significantly promote the high-quality development of marine economy,and benchmark regression shows that green innovation efficiency plays a mediating role in the relationship between the two.The robustness test and heterogeneity analysis show that the promotion effect of green finance in the eastern region is the most significant,followed by the southern region,and not significant in the northern region.This study provides an empirical basis for optimizing the path of green finance to support the high-quality development of marine economy.
